so this is how u unlock a sidekick 2

1.Go to the emergency phone screen and press all 4 corner buttons at the same time until it takes off the lock screen

2. then delete flash settings by going to settings then click system info and press the "menu" "shift" and "q" to delete the flash settings

3. press turn off button at the same time holding down the reset button with a pin

someone try this and test it out

I really appreciate you helping me and this might sound like a dumb thing but I don't know where to see the emergency screen. Help you please help me. thanks
