JoeR1 : U probably ripped just main movie instead of with movie with menus
I personally don't care 4 the menus as it's just one more step U have to go through just to start the movie, once started, chapters do pretty much the same thing
But I'm just one of that breed, a lot of people like the menus. Making selections in menu is easier 4 most.

For those that don't get a menu or subtitles, it's been noted in some places online that the rental disks have neither.

So does it work with dvdfab yet? I just bought this movie and I would love to back this up before my nephew completly covers it with his PB&J. I haven't purchased the dvdfab program, but i'm using the free one which usually works for most movies.....

???

Thanks,
_JonnyBoy.

Remove all traces of DVDFAB like you never had it on your computer then reinstall and it works.

Thanks for all the help. I have read right through. I have to say that using AnyDVD and then DVDShrink finally was the ticket for me. DVDFab would just shutdown so I updated it. After the update, now it just freezes. This was the first time I have used AnyDVD. Open AnyDVD with the disc in the drive, with it open, start up DVDShrink. The rest is history. Good luck to all.

For the US release of UP there should be no problems now that decryption software has been updated. DVDFab and Slysoft's AnyDVD are working. AnyDVD works with the ripper and on the fly. Which means CloneDVD 2, Recode, DVD Shrink, and most any other transcoding or encoding program should work. As long as the user doesn't make a serious mistake along the way, most any burner app can be used for the burn. The free DVDFab rips UP easily and the full retail version does the entire task from rip to burn. So, you can have a backup for the US version in DVD9 or DVD5 with ease. Blu Ray shouldn't be a problem either.

I use DVDfab 6 and I like it but what I have is a trial that only last for 30 days and it is up. Is there a link where I can get it for free. And there is a better software that I can download for free??
