Up to you both work, Autosort sorts your Fav channels out and the other doesn't.

It wasn't working originally cos i didn't do a factory reset then Powerscan. Now i still need to sort my fav's!

To all Seniors my sincere thanks. Just succeesed in updating 2 x Max V as per instructions. Life saver as both went down this AM. IN Dublin 14. I will upload my CDF if anyone thinks it is helpful.
Now to help out my mates!!

Good news, should have gone for the auto sort then you wouldn't have to mess about with your channels. Either way glad your sorted, well done!

You need th UK fix, as they are now using the same ROM method that they used in the UK, okay, and HiTeck will be back with you in a minute or so.

Hi
I flashed mu genuine starview with the uk fix I located in eltos file share under "The box" with the GTROM V4.00, but nothings changed it is still updating to 150% and starting at 0 again, can anyone advise me please

For starters you are on the wrong thread, and you do not use the GTRom 4.00, it is the GTRom 4.03 and BIN file 4.55 that you use, for Starview 2 The Box okay..

Hi,
Having the same problem as Leeds81 a few days ago
(the null modem cable is in com1 in the pc but i keep getting that waiting for receiver response but they never posted the resolution..)
did you get it fixed ,if so how?
Had this same issue in May and ended up having a mini meltdown
