Eurovox Nag 2 Fixes.

I think that might be true for the folks that come on here and look after their own boxes, but most people who bought them from a bloke down the pub, will have paid a bit more.
Would be great if they did release a fix for the MAX though, but as Starview and others did not, I would be suprised if they do.
Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

hi,
will that include a fix for the eurovox slimline.
if they dont come out with a fix, i wouldnt touch them again

i heard a rumour.. a good source told me the eurovox are definitely finito. unless there is an actual fix (not a rumour) of course .. which he failed to disclose stating they are purposefully not updating their older models whilst (still) supposedly manufacturing a new box which will work on nag2? initial batch due 6wks max.

there is also a rumour.. that any dyslexic boy racers etc who claim there is light at the end of the eurovox tunnel should go pull into the nearest McD carpark n have a long nap.
whilst waiting for their Kryptview A750, which is/has been available the past 4months eurovox have been failing their customers..

Most of us with EV's would love a Kryptview (or any working, supported box) right now but we're not willing to shell out more money on a box, when there are these rumours there MAY be a fix for our current boxes around the corner.
It's not that we have some sort of unwavering loyalty towards the manufacturers of Eurovox that we would rather sit here with our 10 or so working channels instead of all the working channels on the KV just out of spite.
Also, wtf has dyslexia or boy racers got to do with Eurovox?
If that was an attempt to be witty... you failed miserably.

Hi guys i don`t want to seem a bit of a drip but my eurovox blue box went down a while ago and i cant seem to get hardly anything on it.Ive not been around so i may have missed something.

a miserable failure.. with a KV. consider the likelyhood none of the 'rumours' are truth - u know they'd have to be providing equally adequate services to even begin to make the choice 'out of spite'
splash out! go on. its been months now...

Jezzz lads,
was wondering about the eurovox max V ,
so iv just read this thread from start to finish, and ill now have to go lie down, im feeling quiet dizzy, it just went round and round in circles, not actually getting anywhere, but FSOLLOF's addition at the end made it all worth while.

Glad i gave you a good laugh,but i have not used box for 9 months or so and have only recently taken a look on web.So obviously Eurovox box is finished no update or firmware availible.

99.9% of the channels have moved to nagra 2.
Still working on ch***s at the moment.

but fsollof if you have held on to it this long another week or 2 wont hurt to see if an update does come out, but i doubt it
or if you know anybody on ch***s sell it to them? its a few quid towards for a box thats working at the moment for yourself

I probably didnt word it properly though. TBH I cant see a fix coming out for the EV blue though.
Probably better off selling it to someone in a ch***s area as you said above.

I don't quite understand why you think I should be jealous of you with a Kryptview? I can get one anytime I want, I just choose not to for a week or so in the faint hopes of EV's finally getting their act together. As I said before, it'd be silly to buy a KV now and then the EV gets a fix soon after.
It's no skin off my nose at the moment because the only reason I got any box at all was for the football, which doesn't start for another month anyways. So that's why I've not even thought of replacing the EV up until just recently, in anticipation of the new football season.
And you obviously misinterpreted something I wrote about the "out of spite" remark because you tried to mock what I said but you actually agreed with me?
We all know Eurovox's support has been abysmal of late so my point in my last post was that I don't hold any loyalty to them...
That any easier for you to understand or should I dumb it down some more?

I started this thread and I stand by what was said in the opening
post.I didn't say it was a rumour,what I said was fact.If as you said you read the hole thread you would have noticed I said it
would be a week or 2.As a matter of fact it could be sooner possibly
less than a week.I think that amount of time should be given and
then slag the thread.
