I am missing the same channels i am in the Croydon area. Its a bit worrying as I havent had the box long, I hope we are not going to be slowly losing channels.
Has this happened before when maintenece has been carried out?

Like I say I'm not moaning . Was just a bit worried when they went off . I thought the 780 was on its way out

Right have an update for you now more will be back this eveing i am told the rest will be tomorrow so you will just have to bear with them for the moment any more info and i will post it

Thansk for the updates. I dont suppose you know how often these outages might occur? Are they likely to happen more now that more a780's are becoming available? Was the outage as long as this before?

they have been running for 8mts and this is the first time its been down like this so hopefully after this is sorted its sorted for good

i hope this ain't gonna become another sv road show scenario, where u have more downtime than uptimes. I just got in my 2nd kv box, and picture wise it looks the same to me with a matt picture than the glossy type u get on sub box. has anyone else noticed this, especially on hd tv's.

so in the other thread you had you done all we aksed of you? change scart, changed to RGB in setting, made sure the scart is in EXT 1 not 2 on the box etc etc

Thanks e45, for the update, will hang fire for now, tbh could live with what i've got (sport and movies etc.),although would'nt mind a couple more (mutv, discovery's etc.)just see what happens, regards

Edinburgh 1, is the same as tediboy(Glagow),and two other channels still down are racing UK and at the races.
not moaning or complaining only supplying information as was asked.

Same here in stafford although when i scan my box i dont get a list come down it just comes up with one and says lichfield. any idea how i can select or get more net ids

yes menu installation factory default the box turn it off at the back count to 30 turn back on and do new scan and make sure you scan on NETWORK and NOT ALL
