e45, what was the problem last night? lost all non fta channels as mentioned on other post. also when are likely to get these missing channels back? any idea what is the problem? It seems this maintenance problem has causeed this problem or is it that the loss of channels has prompted this maintenance problem. Anyway if the cs guys need to upgrade their kit I'm sure we kv folks don't mind donating.

We were told that it would be back on Yesterday, any idea if these channels are definately coming back or gone forever, in which case this would end the matter now.

It seems like this problem may not be solved as its taking this long, and the cs guys are eventually gonna say F*%k this, no big deal.

re scan your box or your signal level is to low must have 75 /80 % also make sure you have scanned on your correct NET ID get from your providers box
