Download and save it to "my documents" or so. Then try to open it from there.

The amount of free space available on your hard drive is very marginal for DVD encoding/burning etc.

Normally, a minimum of 10% of your hard disk space is recommeded to be free to handle temporary and background transitiions.

DVD encoding/burning can often require 10 to 12GB free hardisk space.

Hi all. :)

Lesley, do you have other DVD backup/burning/editing sotwares installed (Pinnacle, Roxio,...)?
Have you tried any of the previous DVD Shrink versions?
