It stopped working it say's there is no disc, what happend???

It might also help to know when this no disc error happens.

When I start DVD Shrink and insert the disc to copy a box comes up and in the box no disc are displayed. I never had this problem in the past.

Hey shippl,

I'm not sure if this will apply to at all, but I experienced identical symptoms:

I'm using Daemon Tools to mount ISO images to view DVD movies on my 250 GB external hard drive. Before attempting to copy (ahem... I mean backup) a new movie, I "unmounted" all drives with Daemon Tools. What this did is effectively, remove my laptops DVD drive, so when I stuck in the DVD it was like it wasn't there.

A simple reboot resolved the problem, and to ensure that it does not occur again, you just have to "unmount" the image and not "all drives".
