how do i burn video files with nero manually like shrink does

i have been backing up with shrink and using the auto burn with nero option successfully,if i try to burn video files manually with nero i get the message purchase the video plugin,anyone know what i am doing wrong.

Nero plugins should not be needed to complete a dvd as you explained.These are like codecs a bit like divx but forcertain add on's to deal with certain type of dvd media and mpeg media.
