Lately I keep getting "UnableReadDVD" And "Encrypted data" messages when using the DVDXCOPY. These error message pop up during the reading of the DVD. I am using version 4.0 of DVDXCOPY with the ripper. Is there anything I can do to correct this problem?

I have Shrink and that's not working well for me either. When I pop in a DVD Shrink does it's preview before you can copy the dvd, but on my system shrink freezes at the preview stage. What should I do to correct this?

If one software is screwing up it could be the software, if two are doing the same thing, it's usually the system or the operator.

For X Copy questions here is a good site that deals with 321 products a lot.

Thanks,
Tim

I am only a newbie at this game but I have found that sometimes if you have several similar programs on your PC (DVD burning programs) that you may have some software conflicts. I would try uninstalling or disabling the programs that you won't need or use. Shrink, Decrypter and Nero are compatable and Shrink requires a burning software. Either Decrypter or Nero will work fine with Shrink. I hope this helps.
Good Luck,
HW.

Get AnyDVD or a similar program.
