dvd shrink wont open

dvd shrink wont open but when i hit contol alt delete it shows it running. it was working perfect before and then it started not opening. this happened on two different computers. both running xp home. can anyone help me please? thanks

I would reccomed removing the program and re-installing it. I had to do this just today. Everything is back to normal

It has happened to others and it seems as if it may be a corrupted file, you might run a deep Virus scan too -
