how do you reburn movie already burnt useing dvd shrink & nero6;
during burn process says error & stops burning;
tried various movies, just coasters now!! no luck!
tried nero copy disc to disc??
any suggestions sorry new to this??

Well, Nero should do it. Just use the copy dvd to dvd function. Does the original dvd work ok? Do you use direct copy or copy with an image? If the drive you read from and the burner are on the same ide cable there might be problems. Use instead an image as middlelayer when burning.
Another solution is to use DVD Decrypter and make an ISO image of the dvd to HD and then use decrypter to burn it to a new dvd.

I have reburned a few movies that were already burnt, all I did was put it in the DVD drive, open shrink and hit the back-up icon worked great and burned in about 20 mins.

Well, in theory, yes. Even if there is a digital copy it will not be able to copy it without some quality loss (as with music CDs).
But no, in practise there is no quality loss noticeable at all. So go ahead and make a copy of the backup.

I was wondering that as when I make a copy using Shrink & Decrypter, I make extra copies from the ISO files on my hardrive. I always want to keep those files on my HD as long as possible fearing to make a copy from the burned DVD will result in quality loss. Are you saying there's no noticable difference in quality burning from the HD and copying from the burned disk?

Yes, you wouldn't notice any difference in quality (as long as the first backup dvd is ok, i.e. no data error on it).
