Help with Shrink Message

I was trying to shrink
but got this message saying

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue

Invalid DVD Navigation Structure


Can someone help me to bypass this problem?
Have someone encounted the same problem??

Hi there vurbal

sorry i didn't no the rules, i wont do it again. I just wrote it again cause seems like nobody was answering.
do you know what could be the problem? the movie was matchstick men.
do you think it got something to do with the movie itself?

It's hard to say since I haven't seen that DVD, but it sounds like DVD Shrink is seeing something that it thinks isn't valid for a compliant DVD structure. I'd suggest ripping with DVD Decrypter to see if Shrink can open what it rips.

I tried that too after using the decryptor
it decrypts fine but then when i try to shrink it(.iso file) with dvdshrink gives me the same error.

then when i looked into the folder of .iso
there are 3 folders Video_TS , Audio_TS, J_power (it has .mp3 files about 90k).

I also tried to extract it out of the .iso
so you get video_TS, Audio_TS, J_power, i then tried to shrink it by selecting the video_TS but it still won't allow me

I need help

The extra folder is for DVD changers to use for a special menu that lets you select a disc. It's also used by some single disc players when you pause the movie I believe. In any case, I've never had a problem using Shrink on a disc with a Jacket_P folder. In fact I've never had an original disc that Shrink couldn't read (besides occasional decryption issues).
