You know what would be so AWSOME!! IF that on Halo 2...we can download new GUNS n some Hotrides like the one u were talking about earlyer the Flamethrower and the mongoose you were saying and if would be awsome if they make a Halo Movie!

well,the flame thrower sucks and isnt worth picken up cuz it dont kill like other guns and runs out of ammo fast.I think that they probably will put the ATV's in Halo 3 and no it wont be hard to hijack them and whoever said that its to hard to hi-jack then your crazy,lol no offense.Im gussen like i said earlyer that if anything is gona happen on Feb. 9th then it will probably be a Xbox Live update and/or a Bungie or Microsoft will make an announcement......peace

O,and 1 more thing,I heard that the Febuary 9th thing on halo 2 beatin on Legendary is a fake that somone just said,cuz i beat it on Legendary,Heroic,and Normal,and so did all my friends(on legendary)and they didnt see a thing,and how good is the Scarab Gun???does it kill in 1 shot?

Greatest Halo 2 Player Found?

Although we can track stats for multiplayer games, we can't do so for Campaign, which is a shame, because one talented player has managed to complete Halo 2 in Legendary mode in "about ten hours." This beats our tester's records by a considerable amount and is to be admired without question.
Some players are barely able to get past the second boarding party on the very first level in less than three hours, so to complete the entire game on Legendary in ten is incredible. The skillster in question is one Charlie Sinhaseni from GamingNexus.com and you can read his review and legendary exploits HERE.
Thanks to the many Bungie.net readers who pointed out this incredible feat, and the many players who admired Mr. Sinhaseni's ability to do this largely on foot, according to his review.

It prolly does say comin feb 9th. how could 1000 different ppl say they saw it but u still think its fake? U just got a defective game:)! And i still dnt believe any1 could beat Halo2 in 10 hours. That would be about 45 mins a level! Thats kinda amazing to me. I wouldnt say im one of the best Halo players out there but i am really good. It took me about 10 hours to beat it on normal(the 1st time through and hadnt played Halo in ab a year). I also heard that the quickest any Bungie worker beat it was like 20-30 hours. Cant remember where i read that so its probably false but still. 10 hours!!! Very unlikely!!!

well,just becuz u havent played halo 1 in a while doesnt afect your play in halo 2,and it is posable if u were really that good,and did u only beat the last level on legendary Jr24 to get the febuary 9th thing?and where was it in the credits

that cant be because there is no difference between the discs they give in the limeted edition packs and the regular, its just the case

ya,the only thing that u get extra with the friken limited adition is that u get the DVD and just a "cool" mettle case,theres not friken difference with the games,and i dont beleve that ther is "coming febuary 9th" thing in the credits......IF u did beat the last level on legendary and that u saw the Febuary 9th thing then say so and tell me what part of the credits did it apear!!!

dude.... i cant take this anymore... i must know everything about the upcoming halo 3... ahhh i cant take it.. all i kno is that its comin in 2005. o and can anyone tell me where to find that scarab plasma rifle thingy i heard it was the coolest gun ever.

the scarab gun is hard to get and i dont think worth it because, you dont keep it, once you die its gone and u got to go and get another one that will take u about 30 mins

anyone think about how the aliens evolve? i think grunts evolve into brutes because if u notice how they walk on with hands... i also think the guys with shields evolve into the elietes... i think its like when they evolve they move up in rank in the alien army... just a thought.

Man... i really wish they would release the PC version of halo 2 already, since i dont have an xbox and there's no point buying one to play one game (halo 2) even though i am a halo 1+2 addict:P

Ok dudes, I got xbox live on Sat. night, and wow is it freakin awesome. I must have played from 8:30pm till 4:30am, trying to learn the maps, etc. After playing it a bunch yesterday, I fell asleep trying to kill the enemy in multiplayer. Now I have to work all day and all I want to do is go home and play. Oh well, let me know if ya'll want a game. My gamertag is: Talgheese The new blood gulch and battle creek are fantastic, and most of the new maps are incredible. There's only two that I really don't like, and I gotta get more practice w/ the plasma sword. Can you get it to lock on in multiplayer?

I have a strange and possably idiotic theory. What if the actual game itself has some sort of time-lock? So that feb 9 rolls around and suddenly there is a new level or something, even if you don't have xbox live.
ixeos the sword does lock-on and the best part of the sword in multiplayer: unlimited ammo

totally, I just seem to super-suck with it. How long does the lock-on take? I just need to practice w/ it I suppose....
Crazy idea, can they program that kind of thing into a game? That would be totally insane! I'm still convinced they couldn't fit the whole game on to 1 disc.

Well, the sword doesn't lock-on per se, like the Jackhammer(rocket launcher), but the reticle turns red and you can perform a 'fatal lunge attack'. I thought that was what you meant.
Well, I think splitting the story was part of bungie's plan to milk halo for all she's worth, and i don't think the ending is on the disc, maybe just another multiplayer map. (or a new weapon)
