Hi ... If I remember the error was "Program Exception" at the end of the encoding process. I can use the program normally but I am creating some special DVD's with a program called DVD Architech and I was doing OK with it until recently. I'm sure if I remove the cache it will work properly. Thanks in advance.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DVD Shrink
It's a hidden folder - so you may have to change your Windows settings to show hidden files/folders.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me for a moderator to nicely remind someone to follow the rules... but what the heck do I know ;) Good job guys.

It's amazing how many folks don't find it reasonable. It's in those cases that the "deactivate" button starts calling" Nephilimmmmmmm, coooooome to me. You must heed my call!" :P
