i download the software and when i went to burn my dvd it came up with an error saying it couldn't burn successful, it did burn some of the movie. i had the same problem with 321 express. i have two drives, one a dvd and one a dvd burner. any help in correcting this problem would be greatly appreciated. thanks

DVD Shrink cannot burn in its own right - it can use either DVD Decrpyter or Nero to perform the burning.

Seems like you may need to read some of the guides avaialble from the Guides section at the top of this page.

DVD Decrypter is avaialble from this site - move your mouse pointer to Software tab at top of this page and click.
