Problem with DVD Shrink ASPI device "Failed to initialize"

I've been using Dvd Shrink 3.2 for over 3 months now without a single problem. All of a sudden now when i go to open a dvd on shrink it comes up with "Failed to initialize ASPI device"
What could be causing this problem?
How can i fix it?
Is there another dvd burning program i can use, ive tried using DVD Cloner II but everytime i try to burn a dvd it states it cannot fit on a single disc, even when the original dvd is less the 4.7mg even when i try movie only?

You might want to check out this link and make sure you have the latest ASPI driver:
