DVD Shrink .ISO File

I used an older version of shrink that used to save an ISO file of the compressed DVD. But after downloading a new version, it only saves output files in A&V folders.........how do I create an ISO file again?

Once you click backup and the new window comes up, next to the flaming disc where it says select backup target, click the little grey arrow and select ISO image file from the drop down menu.
