I have to reinstall shrink after restarting my computer?

Every time I restart my computer if I want to use shrink Or nero for that matter I have to reinstall them. has anyone else run into this problem?

I would suggest that your problem is either heat or spyware related - you do not give us much to go on.

Hello taz, Do you have any other programs for dvd ripping and burning besides DVD Shrink and nero:example roxio? Do you use antispyware programs like adware6,spybot,etc,or "mine",Spysweeper? Sp2 can also cause issues. These answers will help

No I do not use any spyware, the only other program becides what is bulit into windows is dvd decripter. I dont totally loose the programes shrink just wont open & I get a error message with Nero start smart I can go into the ahead folder & get the burning program to start from there. here is the details of the error that windows saves to the temp folder.
