i recommend you do not use the motorola phone tools to cut out parts of the mp3... it gets it in BAD quality to your phone and sometimes corrupted. i recommend you get a music editor and cut out the part you want from the song and save it as an mp3 from there, then just transfer to your phone via phone explorer.

I just got my Razr unlocked, but it wont download any ringtones. Am I supposed to download something else first? The Motorola Ring Tools disk is blank that came with it from China?

Hey can anyone help me, is there a way to reload the motorola v3 software. I was messing around with my phone and I deleated all the files and folders. I saved the info on my computer, but when I reload it, I can not make subdirectories folders or get the phone to work. Thanks in advance

I used p2kman to transfer the files from my phone to my computer, then 2 delete them off my phone

Theirs nothing to flash I deleted off everything and could not reload the files back onto the Phone. When I turn the phone on it starts up and just gives me a black screen. I can not do anything with it. Thnxs

umm i everytime i upload a song to my phone it say it is done correctly but then i cant find the damn song can someone help
i can transfer everything to the the phone but music and i can even transfer music from the phone to the computer

are they being saved as .midi or .mp3 files? im sure that they have to be that file type to be visible on ur phone. make sure ur also saving them under the "music" folder on the phone side.

I have the motorola phone tools for a CDMA V3c however it no longer lets me use the media place which i can put songs onto my phone or transfer phone images etc onto my computer. Either why wont it let me use just this one feature, or what version do i need to download for this feature? (i was able to use it the first time i downloaded the phone tools)

There are a lot of free "tools" for Mot. phones.
Just ask google... They are much better...
