I installed Dvd Shrink and it works fine. After you close the program after opening it the first time it wont open back up. Ive restarted my computer still dont work.
Next I uninstalled program and reinstalled it and it works fine again, untill you close the program then it wont open.
Next I uninstall again and reinstall an older version of Dvd Shrink, and same thing happens again.
After all that I format my computer and install windows again, and same thing happens all over again, I cant believe it.
It only works on the first open of the program then it wont load anymore. You double click it, just nothing happens.

I just had to reimage my system and now I'm having the same issue. When you try to launch the program the cpu usage peaks and nothing loads.
I was able to get to open a few times before but nothing now.

Well I just found another thread about this same issue.
Solution:
Well I finally figured out DVD Shrink... I was playing
with some settings and I disabled the data execution
prevention and now it works perfectly. Must be a new
thing to service pack 2.
I will try this when I get home.

Make sure you havn't installed any new software that could interfere with shrink. I had the same problem when I installed a vidio card driver once. I've since installed a different card and driver and shrink works fine.

I just tried all that im screwed I guess.
Only way I can use it is, If I uninstall it, then reinstall it, I can open it only 1 time. Then its toast.
