I am sort of a newbie at this but here it goes:
I originally purchased platinum and had no problem activating it....now when I try it wont accept my previous activation info....I tried retrieving it from my old pc and only succeeded in screwing that up as well.....now all I have is an install file and no working program....I found out just ntoday that 321 is gone when I joined afterdawn today so I am really worried that I will have to spend another $100 on a program that I already have payed for.....If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it

chances are that when you downloaded file you ran it before you saved it...that is download say to desktop..close...transfer to my documents (right click chose send option)this saves files in pristine form...when you install you usually lose some of the necessary parts to install correctly.....and dont spend 100 dollars for new one...at worst on ioffer there are copies for 20bucks but if you want a free one...removed for stupidity....hope this helps you

I also need to know if I can "re-activate" my DVDX Copy Express on my new laptop. I have license # and password, but can't activate. Is it or is it not possible to activate 321 products any longer?

Why don't you use DVD Shrink and Nero, I have used both these and Xcopy platinum and I prefer Shrink anyday.

You are very close to breaking the rules!! Read the forum rules on piracy. Your instructions are pretty exact on how to get a pirated version of XCopy. Post that crap again and your gone.
