DVD Shrink freezing

I've just tried running dvd shrink on my computer but whenever I press and buttons it comes up with an error report and freezes. How can I fix this? I've tried re-downloading it. Are then any patches available?

I've managed to fix it, the video card needed to be updated (Nvidia Geforce deluxe). Now it runs without freezing.
