Dvd Shrink reading No disc After Resident Evil 2 Backup

After using Dvd Shrink to backup Resident Evil 2 and after several fail attempts i managed to back it up with Dvd decrypter this was last month but since then Dvd shrink is reading no disc when i put a dvd disc in and now i am noticing that where my explorer once showed me the name of the disc in the drive it is not now. I have to either reboot with disc in drive or run dvd decrypter so i can even acess the disc. Any help with this dilema would be greatly appreciated

Yes i have updated my cd drivers now mind u this problem did not not occur until i tryed 2 backup resident evil and gotten several errors and since then like Dec 28 until now it has been saying no disc until i reboot or click on dvd decrypter first. Weird Huh?
