Unable to burn using DVD Shrink and Nero

I am new to the forum and i am getting following message whenever i try to burn a DVD on my PC, i was able to burn lot of them without any problem but from week or two i am unable to burn. Can someone pl let me know as to what the problem is.

Try to put your drive back into DMA mode for one. I am still reading the rest of your log, but this could solve your problem. Heres a guide to help

I see a few problems.

INCD!!!! Get rid of it!! Remove that program from your computer it causes all kinds of conflicts.

Try slowing down the burn speed a little.

Get that drive back into DMA Mode.

If you get rid of INCD and set your drive back on DMA mode you should be alright. :-)

i did all of the above but still had the failure, i noticed even after setting the drive speed to 4x , DVD Shrink was using 8x . Can you let me know if i have to set the drive speed in Nero or DVD Shrink.

You need to make sure you remove the serial from your Nero logs before posting them. We don't want other people using them illegally ;)

Thank you for the response.

I have been back in DMA mode. According to the Device Manager, I am always in DMA Mode (have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times after this problem arose).

As for InCD, I will uninstall as you suggest, but would that still create the backup problem when I use DVD Decrypter?
