Hi Amberly,
Try this, first make sure DVD Disc is clean and scratch free second Open DVD Decrypter and go to "Tools", "Settings", set everything to "Default". Then in the "General" tab change, "Removal Method" from "Normal" to "Aggressive", in "File Mode", "tick" Remove PUO's." For ripping in the "ISO Read Mode", "tick" "Remove PUO's" there also. in the "CSS" tab, under "CSS Cracking Method", choose "Brute Force ~> I/O Key Exchange" and "On Failure" choose "Yes". . IMPORTANT: In the "I / O" tab, in the bottom right, "tick" the box which says, "Ignore read errors".

**Fixed ;)

When do you get this error message?

When Shrink goes through the first analysis?

Or, after you click "backup!"?

before you click "backup!", highlight un-referenced material and insert a still picture or still image under the compression settings.

It's built into DVD Shrink already. When you highlight "un-referenced material", you can then select from the Compression Settings tab several options, one of which is the still image. Shrink comes with a still image already and you can also download or select one of your own.
