hi!

i am currently using dvd shrink 3.2 to backup my dvd's.however recently i tried to backup one of my movies and encountered this error message: failed to read e:/. does anyone know how i can get aroudn this message so that i can backup my dvd?

Seeing how you didn't specify which movie you are trying to back up I am going to go out on a limb and guess it is one of the newer movies.

You have 2 options
1. Use DVD Decrypter to rip the movie to your hard drive first, and then run it through DVD Shrink.

2. Use AnyDVD and run DVD Shrink as you normally would.
