You have to use at least 3 letters/numbers for the search feature to work, so i can't search for other threads with this problem.
I can't get shrink/decrypter to work to back up season one of 24.
anyone know if this is normal?
i tried using one guide which called for using decrypter first, then shrink. it was almost done, then the error was something like 'can't read drive :/D'
i am using a different guide for my second attempt, using shrink (with decrypter checked off to use).
anyone seen a thread on problems getting 24 to backup?
thanks

It could be that the disk is scratched. Usually the protection is at the beginning. With DVD Decrypter does it say read error on the right hand side and have a line that says: Number of Retrys:?. If that's the case then the disc is scratched.
