DVD Shrink not working like before

I was burning DVDs successfully for about a month and all of a sudden my DVD Shrink stopped going automatically burning. Now it says that backup was successful and it is now ready to burn using a burning software.

I called Nero thinking my demo had run out even though I had bought the software for $70 - they said to make sure my serial number is in Nero and it was so he told me to delete it and put it in again and if it didn't work then something must be wrong with my DVD Shrink and they can't help me with that.

Make sure the burn with Nero option is still selected in Shrink.
