Having problem with DVD Shrink

Can someone please help me with this problem that i am having i am getting an error message when i try to open a disc to burn and it say invalid DVD navigation structure can someone please help me. thank you

How/where did you get the files on your hard drive? Are they a DVD rip and if so what program made them?
