Burning Troubles with DVD Shrink & Nero

Hi I have DVD shrink 3.2 installed, nero, and dvvd decrypter only i dont know how to use it. Anyway i can copy the dvd fine with Shrink and then start the burn process onto a DVD-R. After about 5-14% burning the system has an error and ruins the disc. Any ideas on how to fix this or easy steps to copying with decrypter.

Specific error i encountered said : Drive doesnt support changing book type for DVD-R

hoothoot try this burning guide http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/tutorial007.html theres several things that can cause your problem. are you using good blank media as in TY, Ritek,Maxell or Verbatim. Memorex BIG NO NO. also make sure you done a disk cleanup and a defrag lately and a virus scan and spyware scan on your system.burning DVDs taxes your PC pretty hard so keep it clean as possible.try these things and get back with us.

Could this all be a dvd problem? because i do believe the dvds im using are of bad quality ( they were cheap).

thats my guess,bad blank media. stick with the brands i have in my first post. and if you want to buy them online try theses sites supermedia store.com or meritline.com
