i am currently using dvd decrypter to decode my dvd's and am curious wich is a better program Dvd Shrink or Clone Dvd 2. im loking for the best compatablity and quality. thanks for your help

Well, you will get proponents for each of these programs. DVD Shrink is freeware and CloneDVD2 costs $. DVD Shrink is no longer being updated. CloneDVD2 is updated frequently. Both work well with AnyDVD. DVD Shrink compresses but does not burn files by itself. CloneDVD2 compresses and burns to dvd media.

I now only use AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. Others swear by DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. You pay your money (or not), and make your decision.

The good thing is that you can't go wrong either way.

Clone DVD 2 does it all. Real simple and great burns.

clonedvd will produce (in my opinion) just as good quality as Shrink with the quality enhancements. The difference that means the most (to me) is that Shrink can take an hour and a half lets say, clone will only take about a half hour on that same movie. That all depends on your computer setup though.

thanks for your help but i think i will stick with DVD Shrink because its free. unless you guys can sugest another program thats better than shrink and is free :)
