problem on activation of DVDXCopy Platinum

Please help me activate my DVDXcopy Platinum, I still got 6 more activations left but when I try to reinstall the software & connect the internet the message was (7) alloted number of activations has been used for this license. How can it be? I just used it once and I got a problem of the software thats why I have to reinstall and activate it again. i have called the technical support but no longer available. thank you.

You need to fill out a ticket like Ppower said.

Read the forum rules. Rule #1 is search!!! I've answered this many times.

Another rule is posting in the appropriate forum. How is this related to DVD Ripping?
