burn dvd's from shrink w/o Nero

I am new at this I just got dvdshrink and I have Sonic DigitalMedia and MyDVD Plus, could that be used to burn the dvd's from dvdshrink and if so how do I go about doing that?

You can use DVDDecrypter to burn the .iso file that Shrink creates. DVDDecrypter is free and the instructions are in ScubaPetes guide below.
