I just downloaded dvd shrink I have Sonic DigitalMedia and MyDVD Plus on my computer, would that work with dvd shrink if so how do I go about burning on to a dvd and if not what do I do then... sorry I'm new to this.

It will work but you can not use i automatically w/ Shrink. After Shrink trancodes the movie to a file on the HD then you have to move the files over by hand. I answered you other post and told you to use DVDDecrypter
