a was in da shops n its supposingly about £18 a month or summit, mayb 8 a carnt rememba, but n e ways a dont fancy buying it IF! its gna b da same as what they have been bringin out lately because i think x-2 was really disapointing, i dont know n e thing good apart frm the graphics that i can say about tht game.. carnt wate for advent children:)

X-2 was just something thrown together just because squarEnix has time and money. i think it may have even been the result of actually listening to some fans from somewhere (prob'ly japan) who whined about the way X ended. i dont seem to have liked either X or X-2 very much. i did like some of the music, but just i guess it wasnt done for everyone's enjoyment. i say it was mostly for Final Fantasy fanboys finalizing fantasies of a long sidequest of scantily clad (or practically slutty looking) Yuna and Rikku, that ended up being sub-par. but that's my opinion and i'm glad i didnt buy that game.
i think the only highpoint for me with X was maxing out my characters as much as i could without cheat codes. that turned out bad because once i got to one of those seymore variations near the end i kept getting thrashed like hell and couldnt go back to level up like i wanted. the other thing was the airship i guess. i know that thing looked cool in X-2, but after slutty women and the funky airship model, there was not much else that i liked. i guess the story in both of them was tollerable, but only tolerable. i think that square should focus more on innovative/intriguing STORY elements instead of making it look as beautiful as possible. dont wanna sit up and think, "this game sucks!! but damn the graphics make me forget the bad parts".

Yea, i guess ff i s known for its graphics. I like final fantasy 10. it wasnt bad, infact, it was my 2nd fav ff game. x2 was just a bunch hot slutty girl that made me ruil, so i just kept playing the game. FFx sold like 8mill x-2 sold 3.5mill. Kinda sad, what a drop. FFx-2 was fun witht he combat though. I really wanted to get all the grids and skills. They dont offer many powerfull skills like ultima, holy and flare without transforming. That was kinda gay.
ps3:GPU-24 pipelines producing 5.7 ops each
-700mhz ram.
-On par with geforce 7800
-rsx at 550mhz
-rsx is 1.8 tflops
ps3:CPU-Cell processor
-total of 8 spe's running at 3.2 ghz.
Cell is 218GFLOPS.

448 mb of ram(upgrading it to 1gb)
amd3000+
(going to have geforce 7800 soon)
Currently(a shitty intergrated via/s3)

nah it dont intrest me, it doesnt make sense thats not what a final fantasy is its really worried me bout buying more incase der da same! i lyked the ending of x :)

dus n e 1 have a clue what the next final fantasy is 4? and when? im not intrested in this internet final fantasy i want a consol game that i can enjoy:) hope its back 2 normal... and they dont kill off the good characters lol!

Final Fantasy XI, and it's expansion packs bundled together, will be available for the XBOX 360. Final Fantasy XII will be available for Playstation 2 late 2006.
By the way, did anybody ever play Kingdom Hearts? It's a good game. And it actually has time in it! Kingdom Hearts happens before FFX and X-2. But a year after Final Fantasy VII. And During the year of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children is happening. So when Kingdom Hearts 2 starts, the events of Final Fantasy VII: Advent children finished within the same year.
By the way, for those who are interested. A recent comment was made by a developer on the KH2 team. He hinted that their will be more to KH2, which hints that there will be a KH3. And if you've seen the special cinema at the end of expert mode (Deep Dive) those are PS3 Graphics. So, If and inevitably when KH3 rolls around, it will be on PS3.

Yeah I played Kingdom Hearts. Brilliant game (don't be put off by the Disney characters like I was when I first saw it!), but what was up with the Final Fantasy characters looking different? Squall changed the most. They called him Leon and he looked really diferent. The only character they kept the same was Aerith. All she was missing was her red jacket. But why did they change the appearence of the FF characters anyway?

my assumption was that it was supposed to give the impression that time is not standing still for them. now time can stand still for aeris since she died unless she was resurrected by the various rumored methods. even though we know how the various stories ended for the FF characters, that doesnt mean that time stopped. but yeah, you see cloud looking slightly different as well, then we see him in advent children looking different from that. i read somewhere that cloud will make an appearance in KH2 and will look like his AC version. leon is just being full of that good ol' teenage angst. he realized that squall is a stupid name so now he's trying to be all cool and junk by calling himself leon. did y'all notice the red wings on his tiny jacket? something to remember rinoa maybe. i guess i should play thru FF8 again to see the end credits of what happened with him and rinoa... maybe she dumped him and now he's trying to forget his past... i dont remember what other FF8 characters (besides selfie in child form) showed up in KH, but i guess he seemed to stand out the most for whatever reason.

where'd you get that from. i may be wrong because i didnt have time to pay close attention, but i am pretty sure that i saw AC on PSP at some EB games store in a mall. but since i dont have psp, i didnt care to stop and be concerned.

He' right, in a recent article in game informer, advent children was announced to be delayed officially to January 2006.
If anyone is also interested, im gonna list the KH2 worlds!
(not exactly in this order)
-Agrabah
-Atlantica
-Beast's Castle (beauty and the beast)
-Disney Castle
-Hollween Town(with christmas town)
-Olympus Coliseum (Hercules, now this world has an underworld with Hades and Auron)

-Timeless River (steam boat willie, 1st mickey mouse cartoon with sound, this world is Black and white

Also, a world of the movie TRON, and chicken little. Rikku, Paine and yuna(from FFX-2) will be there as 9 year olds. Stitch will now be a summon character.

delayed till next month huh? see this is the type of crap that makes fanboys like me go out and 'acquire' stuff.
thanks for the list of worlds in KH2. patiently waiting for that to come out. i saw boxes for it at EB and the EB guy told me february is when it's coming out. i was pissed because they had the boxes for it, and seeeeemed to be advertising it. so i just knew it was here. when it gets close to launch, i'm gonna play KH1 again just to refresh my memory on it, and read the script for KH:CoM because i dont have a GBA. plus i saw somewhere that it was kind of a complicated card battle game. i will only watch yugi-oh to get my card battles in. but anyway. since i'm forced to wait for these games, i will just be patient.

yes i have played on kh and i didnt really think the change in the characters really mattered as they did not play a main part in the game.
it does show that time has changed really! but bla who cares man lol!
still looking for a way to get aeris back.. whats this cheat shark thing? n e 1 gt n e info about it 4 me?

I hope they do remake final fantasy VIII, they could use a simular battle style to KH with only three characters fighting at a time, they could make it the way they did for FF7 how you pick two people to follow you and the rest stay behind and you can go in the main menu and call other characters on their mobile and they switch places with one of your other characters. It would be good to see the FF7 characters with final fantasy 10 graffix with cloud wearing the stuff he had in Kingdom Hearts or Advent Children. It would be an awesome game. But they could maybe change a few things like the world map could be slightly modified, like they could make the traveling to other places the same way the do in 10 I thought that was pretty cool and I would really like to see the final scene of FF7 in awesome quality. Just the characters talking alone would probably be enough to get people to buy it, and if square really wanted to impress people they could make FF7 and advent children into one game with new side quests and more cities. They could also have a part of the game that has everything that happens in the 2 years that has past since the end of FF7.
P.S I cant wait for KH2, I loved that game best Disney game ever, KH2 is supposed to be a lot more on the dark side and violent then KH1.
For all you people who havent seen advent children and dont want it spoiled they guy in the wheel chair is Rufus hahaha oh god im so evil

Yupp. But ill rather have it ps3 graphics, not ps2 ffx graphics. Unless you are talking about the ffx like movie scenes, like at the beginign where Tidus plays blits. That looks awsome! The ps3 will still be able to produce more.

Hey do you guys think if the ff series will go to xbox360 aswell, do you think it will continue from ff12? Or will it start new like it did with the gamecube. I think their going to amke another version of ff that does'nt continue from ff12.

Ok... when the remake 7 it will be for PS3... With PS3 about to come out and stuff.... If Squares gonna do it... they'll do it big.
Plus you guys have to remember the they are with Enix now. They weren't with Enix when 7 came out. SO most likely the battle system will change and alot of other little tweaks from Enix.
