Hi, I have been using Shrink for months now with now problems. Lately things have changed, I keep receiving the following message:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Failed to read file D:|
Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)


I have tried to then use DVD Decrypter but that also has a problem.

Any tips would be gratefully received.

Welcome to the forum. That error usually is caused by either scratches or a bad press. In DVDDecrypter you can tell the program to ignore the error and see if that helps. Clean the disk really well and try again w/ DVDDecrypter. If it fails again then you need to exchange it for a better one
