Dvd Decrypter and Dvd Shrink Error Message Not Enough Disc Space On Drive

I keep getting an error messages saying not enough space on my drive in Decrypter and Shrink when I try to shrink it. I have deleted my TEMP files in my windows folder. I don't know what else to do. Do I have to defragment my hard drive? Please help!!!

Umm... make sure you have enough disk space..?

Im talking around 10-14 GBs max

If your hd is that full, I would suggest adding another drive. Preferably an external USB 2.0.

I got yesterday also the same problem when i wanted to copy the movie "Close".. i can rip it with dvd encrypter but icant shrink the movie with DVD Shrink in order to be able to burn on a 4.7 GB DVD.. Any help would be welcome
