copy protection error in dvd shrink

used shrink on my laptop and worked just fine. laptop crashes and now using windows nt. downloaded usb support, comp recognizes writer(nec3520) but when trying to open disc, error pops up saying

hi rock, thanks for the reply. yes nt and i downloaded usb support. nt now recognizes the writer. but.... this sucks. i usually figure all this crap out but this one got me stumped.
