Does anyone know how to burn a dvd to the hdd using dvd shirnk?. I would like to burn a dvd to hdd first and probably burn at a later date on disk.

RIP the dvd to your hard drive with DVD Decrypter. It's also free and can rip more dvds than Shrink

if you want to try the shrink click open disk choose destination & settingsthen backup but as said before there will be newer titles that shrink cannot handle decrypter has handled everything out there.
