problem with DVD shrink

I successfully compressed a movie with DVD shrink but when I view the ISO image, about 10 minutes are cut out at the end. shrink says it has finished the whole movie and no errors. any idea?

thats odd. Are you reauthoring the movie? I can't imagine the end of the movie being in the extras though. What movie is this? Are you copying a DVD or is this a movie you downloaded?
