need unlocking on 6230B bought in USA.
looked on some generator site but didnt know what GEN was so can some one do it for me. My friend tried and ruined 2 out of 5 chances. so i need one that really works.

with new sim? i didnt get a new sim. i'm just changing phones and this new phone isnt unlocked. so do i use the same sim card? also do i put a space between digits like you have it.

So far, I've been trying to enter the codes with a new SIM card inserted (non-Cingular one). The codes I tried didn't work. I must be doing something wrong!

Hi,
I was suprised, Cingular, for FREE, sent a request to Nokia for the code to unlock my phone. The problem is it takes 5 business days for Nokia to reply, and I left the country the next day.
So, hope you awesome people can provide the code,

Unfortunately, the code 1 didn't work on my phone. I got the sad sad message "Phone restricted". I guess I am going to have to go to "that shady guy" to flash my phone.
I'm not going to try to enter my wife's code now since I only have 1 trial on hers as well. Maybe, I'll contact Cingular...
Any advice?
