Hey wats up,there is a Shadow of Rome patch you can use made by DvdRick or you can try rebuilding I heard that works also.The error message you are getting is dealing with your autoexec.nt file.You have to fix this file in order to progress any further.Hey crewzin check this site out alright http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324767&Pr... should help you out on the autoexec.nt errors.I hope it helps you out,if not then just google on autoexec.nt errors and you should come across a good site dealing with the issue ;).Good luck on fixing the issue,if you can't find anything that fixes the problem let me know ok.

Do u know how to get rid of this??
check your system32 folder for the autoexec.nt file,it may be missing
go to my comp>windows>repair folder....look for autoexec.nt
copy and paste it into system32 folder,also located in my comp>windows>system32

Oh and make sure it is read only,so it can't be tampered with for future reference.

Many thanx,
I went to use the CD\DVD-ROM Generator 1.50 this morn put all the files in and did wht all the guides say to do but every time i press burn and then save the iml it comes up with,
CD\DVD-ROM Recording Unit Controller
(BIG X) ASPI Manager Loading Failed.
OK
i click ok but it juss goes back to the rec section where u input ur files, Please help wht does this mean and how do i rec??

i know there is normally a error message,which prompts some kind of drive error,but its been a while since i used cd/dvd gen
in anycase
make sure you have working ASPI layers
get them from here

Crewzin,
It depends on what boot metod you use. If you have a mod chip then you can do a straight 1:1 back up this game using DVD Decrypter. However, if you use Swap Magic then you need to patch the game file - find a patch for this game at swapmagicfix.com - cause it's bigger than 4.3g and (anyone correct me if I am wrong) Swap Magic can't boot back up games bigger than 4.3g in size.

oh spit!
i finally got the nba street vol. 3 workin ... thanks for the tutorial black ice ...
im usin swap magic 3.6 w/a flip top ...
basically followed black ice's tut on page 1:
extract iso to hard drive
created .iml files w/cd dvd gen 2.0
opened apache 2.0
loaded .iml file
created new .iso
burned w/nero
thanks to every1 for the help today and in the past ...

Hi guys.I read all the posts and i didn't solve my question.I want to ask you how can i extract pak files,toc files,cvm files,fs files and more.The games today does not contain any dummy files, that was the old days,maybe some have, like the hounted ground,but there was a cvm file about 1,5 gig and it surelly contained the pss movies, but i wasn'y able to extract/rebuilt it because i don't know the way.I know all the other things "patching,hex editing,dvd generator use,downsampling movies ..".So can anyone tell me how can i extract/rebuilt those file types in lots of games,because very soon all the games will be in dvd9's as we see(god of war,gran turismo 4).Thanks
