Strange error on DVD Shrink

I am having a problem burning on dvd shrink and THIS IS THE FIRST. I put the DVD in and I use DVD43 (which really works well for me). Once it's encoded and it ask for me to put a blank dvd in......it starts trying to burn but stops with an error and I don't understand why. The DVD I am burning is not damaged at all nor is the media bad media. Also the movie is by Lions Gate and it's a series (Tyler Perry - Madea plays) and all the other ones burn fine. This one I am trying to burn is not the lastest play.....it's a previous one and all the newer ones burn fine. Should I try something else? Please help.

What's the error and what program are you using to burn with? Shrink can't burn without opening another program. It usually uses Nero or Decrypter.

Hi,
Once you have backed up the movie right click on the DVD43 smiley face and choose CLOSE. This should fix the problem.
I find that DVD Decrypter (which I assume you using to burn) has a conflict with DVD43. So just turn off DVD43 when you are ready to burn.

Sure, copy/paste the entire Nero log from the burn. If you did not save a copy, Nero saved one for you. Go to the directory where Nero is installed...
usually C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero\NeroHistory.log
That will have a copy of all your Nero logs.

Your Nero Serial number is included at the top of each log file so be sure to NOT include it. It starts with 1a23 or something similar.

Just include the log from the burn with the error message. We don't need your entire collection of burn logs, takes too long to read!
