Hi...I'm pretty new at this. I've got a question. I was "reauthoring" Shanghai Noon DVD and when I went to the section where you drag the main title over to the left hand side, I noticed there were two Main Titles (features) and they were the same length long. I already checked and one is not wide-screen and the other full screen. That's not what it is. I checked both and they seem to be the same movie, so why is it up there twice?!?! Does it matter which one I drag to the other side to burn to DVD?!?! Thanks so much guys!!!

hmmm double ripping I don't think that is against forum ruleslol if they both play fine independantly and one is not an mds file just erase one

The best way to tell is to simply play the original and see what menu options are available. That will usually give you an idea of what the difference is. One may have a different ending or who knows what. I think I had one that had a seperate main title just for the directors commentary. (TripleX?)

Director's cuts, alternate endings, widescreen/fullscreens usually fill that space, the best thing to do is put the dvd in your player and find out for yourself, if you can't find what the difference is play them both.

Frank I think theres an echo in here? LOL

If you can't find any difference the way Frank has suggestd then it usually different camera angels, and your best bet is to go with the first title.. :-)
