When I try to use DVD Shrink, after I click on Open Disk I get the message NO DISK IN DRIVE, however there is a disk in the drive.Can you help.....Thank you, gf6239

make sure you have shrink pointing to the physical drive and not some virtual drive. does that help?

In the program the choices are E: (DVD write) or F: (CD write). Is this what you are talking about?????
