Recently I've been unable to utilize the DVD Shrink properly. Once I retreive the the ripped VT_folder file it momentarily conduct an analyses than stops abrubtly with one of the two error messages; programming error-exception occured or fail to read invalid access to memory. I've tried everything but without any success. Can anyone can give me some advice on this matter.

You should be trying to open a VIDEO_TS folder. What program did you use to rip with? What is the name of the movie?

How much free space do you have on your hdd? Have you defragged it lately? Shutdown any background programs.

fasfrank thanks for responding, I used DVD Decrytor on the movie The
Texas Chain Saw Masscre. After being dumb founded for a while, I removed and replaced DVD Shrink with another and it's working fine now for the time being. If you have any advice or theories why, so that I won't have the same problem again please share them with me.
