DVD shrink and NEC 3520

I have a NEC 3500 and a NEC 3520 Shrink will reconize the 3500 but not the 3520, it will let copy from the 3520 but not to it. I have the lastest ver of nero 6.6.15

does Windows recognize the 3520? Go into Device Manager (right-click My Computer, Properties, Hardware, Device Manager) and see if you see any ! or ? If you do see one of them on an IDE channel or a DVD drive, right click the device and choose uninstall, then reboot. Windows should pick it up and install properly. This may fix your issue.

It wouldn't hurt to double check all your Master and Slave jumper settings for your drives.

Yes windows recognize the 3520, when i use Nero i have no problem with either one of my players ,only when i use shrink that i can't copy with it but,like i said before it will in shrink let me use it as a reader but not a copier. thanks
