Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

Hello Friends,
I am new to this group. I need a help.
I am having Nokia 6010 with T-Mobile prepaid service.
I need to travel India for sometime and want to use same phone over their with diffrent SIM. I have two questions regarding that.
Kindly let me know how can I unlock my phone to use another SIM with different service.
Also after unlocking would I still be able to use my T-Mobile service from the same phone.

Hi I hope someone can help!
We have a 6010, USA phone
IMEI: 010417/00/789703/0
Orginally with AT&T contract, but Cingular shows up because of merger. They want us to buy new phone and contracts (3phones)to use the actual Cingular Wireless network. Can I unlock this phone? Also have 2 Sony Ericsson T616, will look in that forum too. Thanks.
