I can successfully compress files using dvd shrink to my har drive,so how can i burn them to dvdr using decrypter.

When you hit the backup button in the backup target selection choose iso image burn with Decrypter. Here is a guide that show how to use the programs

Recommend using Nero with DVD Shrink for burning...it does a better job than DVD Decrypter. Nero 6.6 does not seem to work, so use ver. 5.5 or 6.0. If you use DVD Decrypter for ripping, right-click on the file (if you choose the wrong file the program will tell you) and open with DVD Shrink. This way, you can choose to adjust the compression ratio using the re-author tab.
